All classes start at 10 AM Australian EST and end at 1 PM Australia EST. Classes start at 5 PM Pacific Time (Turtle Island) Classes start at 8 PM Eastern Time (Turtle Island) Classes start at 9 PM for BRT - Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro
These classes will consist will run as rituals within themselves in which components of lecture, method, ecstatic experience, practice, and debriefing will be involved.
